And the winner is……Light Painter Chris Benbow!

After a long and difficult battle deep within COAST headquarters, ( I heard there were fist fights and a lot of crying ) they have picked the winner! There were a lot of really great images this month and Coast thought everyone deserved a prize for their efforts, so they are sending all who contributed a qualifying image a TX10, one of my favorites lights for light writing. Chris will receive the HP17, a 575 Lumen monster with Coast’s Pure Beam Focusing Optic System with Fingertip Speed Focus Control. CONGRATULATIONS to CHRIS and thank you very much to everyone that contributed and voted!

May Contest Winner

June 1, 2011 by Jason D. Page

And the winner is……….. Hannu Huhtamo with the image “Stranded”. This was by far the best and most difficult contest to judge we have had so far. The top 3 images were numbers 2,9, and 10. The judges that selected the final image were myself,  Dennis Calvert, and last months winner Kevin Lajoie we all unanimously decided upon Hanna’s image for the overall “Landscape” composition and the exceptional light design. Congratulations Hanna excellent work!
