In this DIY Light Painting Tool Tutorial you will learn how to wire and operate a light wheel with 2 different DIY lights. One is a simple LED light string and the other is a cold cathode. What You Will Need

The Kids Bike Wheel (Normal Bike wheels are too Big)
Battery Operated Holiday Strand Lights
Cold Cathode Light
Inverter Box (comes with cathode)
Positive and Negative Plug (goes into the inverter box)
Battery Holder, 12V’s for the cathode, 8 AA or one 9volt and 2 AA
Connector for Battery holder
Switch
Lots of Tape
