🛠️ What You Will Need
- Kids Bike Wheel (normal bike wheels are too big)
- Battery Operated Holiday Strand Lights
- Cold Cathode Light
- Inverter Box (comes with cathode)
- Positive and Negative Plug (for inverter box)
- Battery Holder: 12V (8 AA or 1x 9V + 2x AA)
- Connector for Battery Holder
- Switch
- Lots of Tape
