2012 Light Painting Photography

January 1, 2012 by Jason D. Page

So here we go into 2012, light painting is growing and expanding across the globe its a very exciting time to be involved in this movement. I feel it is going to be an incredible year for all of us. I started this website a little over a year ago for the promotion and progression of light painting photography, and I feel it has succeeded. Last month the site had 40,818 page views from 131 different countries across the globe. It takes a significant amount of time and effort to run this website keeping up with all the current light painting news and events, and being the sole writer for the site I feel my own work has been suffering. As we move into 2012 I will be doing blog post a little less frequently, but rest assured if there is something going on that you need to know about it will be shared. I wish you all innovation and inspiration in 2012.

Jason, You have done very well with this site and have made great strides in making it a good central resource for information in the world of Light Painting Photography. I know that 2012 will be a banner year for the art and that you and this website will play a big part in making that happen! Kuddos to you for your efforts and dedication to the art! You have created something that you should definitely be proud of! 🙂
