DENTSU LONDON a “creative communications agency” has recently won the the ART category of the Portable Film Festival for their Light Painting Film ” Making future Magic,iPad Light Painting”. They have also created a new light painting application based on the technology from this film, more on that in a later post….. Check out the making of below.

Jeremy Jackson’s a.k.a. TACKYSHACK “Fire and Light Masks” are awesome. He creates these light paintings by going mental with various lights and fireworks next to the pond at his house. The water in the pond reflects the light and wahlah Light Masks are created. I have been staring at this image for a good 30 minutes now. Take a close look at all of the intricacies in this Light Painting. I have bought a couple of prints from Jeremy and I am going to have to add this one to my collection, this one is just incredible. Check out this “making of” video that Tackshack was kind enough to share, it really shows how much went into this image. Ask yourself, how the hell did he keep track of all his tools….enjoy.
