Light Painting VLOG 58: Solar Eclipse and Light Orbs

Light Painting Photography Vlog 58

In this episode of the Light Painting Photography VLOG, I stop at Mistletoe State Park in Georgia on my way to Duke University to give a Light Painting presentation along with a few of my fellow Light Painters. I was able to capture a few images of the solar eclipse even though I accidentally left my ND filters behind in Florida. The eclipse was at 80% where I was in Georgia. For the Light Painting part of the night, I created a few Light Orbs, Light Flowers, and some Light Writing using tools from Light Painting Brushes.

We check out Driftwood Beach during the day and then head back there to Illuminate The Dark! When we first got back to Driftwood Beach we were surprised at how high the tide had come in completely submerging all of the locations we had scouted during the day. We waited it out and as the tide receded we were able to create some great images!
