Noctography – Tutorial: Domes
In this Light Painting Photography tutorial, Chris Benbow, a.k.a. Nocturne, shows how to create Domes using LED lights attached to a bike tire. This simple DIY Light Painting Tool opens up a world of creative possibilities. Beyond domes, it can be used to create unique traces of light in tubes and tunnels by rolling it along walls and surfaces.
For more advanced uses and awesome results, check out a similar tool and technique by Dana Maltby (T.C.B.) in his Double Wheel Tutorial.
