The St. Augustine lighthouse is a world-famous haunt, where a former caretaker is said to roam its spiraled stairs, along with two children who may have died there. In my humble opinion, it’s not light paintintg animation. It’s just single LP shot, which was edited in AE or another CG composer 🙂 Step by step was masked from image: 1st to appear its, then to disolve. Nice work, good idea 🙂
